At age 20, Ephraim Murillo Jr.  became a successful  national Real Estate Investor by flipping properties in South Florida, DFW TX, New Jersey and NYC, increase profits, build relations and create limitless possibilities as one of the leaders at DR Real Estate & Assoc Inc. a Miami based Real Estate Investment Company.

He was also one the business partners at Pacific Trust Mortgage, a Miami based mortgage lender providing private notes nationwide from 2000 to 2008.

 

 

1997- 2000

Prior to his successful career in the Real Estate sector, Ephraim Murillo Jr at age16 he started his sales carrer at Wessco Companies, a Miami based International Freight Forwarder and customs broker, two years later at age18 and after incresing profits for over $1 million he became the VP of Sales for Wessco Companies, while working at this C level position he also obtained both, an International Business Degree and a Business Administration Degree from Miami Dade College.

Ephraim Murillo Jr  is a proven leader with over 18 years of combined experience in local, national and international business management, customer retention /growth, new business development, sales management, account and portfolio management

9 years investing & consulting experience in all aspects of the real estate industry including investing property, foreclosure, short-sale and negotiation deal.

8 years C level executive experience in the logistics/transportation sector including negotiations, purchasing, goverment and company regulations, sales managament, direct sales, marketing, customer retention, staff planning and support.

After the 2009 Real Esate crisis  Ephraim Murillo Jr as had the best learning experience and only with $5k to his name Mr Murillo became the Vice president and co owner of Green Clean Companies / SaniGLAZE of Miami a commercial property management & maintenance firm based in Miami Fl. founded by Sergio Barrero &
