LUZEPH INVESTMENTS GROUP was founded by EPHRAIM Murillo Jr. on the beautiful morning of April 7, 2013, following a much-needed personal retreat. It was the perfect moment for a legendary personal comeback and a fresh business concept after the difficult 2009 real estate collapse that had impacted the local South Florida market.
EPHRAIM M. created LUZEPH to advise local investors on how to increase profits and minimize costs within their real estate portfolios and other investments. He also aimed to help wealthy and affluent foreign nationals pursue the American Dream through investor visas tied to local businesses and projects.

Murillo Jr. became a successful national Real Estate Investor by flipping properties in the South Florida markets adding Puerto Rico & The Bahamas to the list, he also was a silent partner in many projects in the DFW TX, New Jersey and NYC areas, He increased profits, build relations and create limitless possibilities as one of the leaders at DR Real Estate & Assoc Inc. a Miami based Real Estate Investment Company.
