At age 20, Ephraim Murillo Jr. became a successful national Real Estate Investor by flipping properties in South Florida, DFW TX, New Jersey and NYC, increase profits, build relations and create limitless possibilities as one of the leaders at DR Real Estate & Assoc Inc. a Miami based Real Estate Investment Company.
He was also one the business partners at Pacific Trust Mortgage, a Miami based mortgage lender providing private notes nationwide from 2000 to 2008.
1997- 2000
Prior to his successful career in the Real Estate sector, Ephraim Murillo Jr at age16 he started his sales carrer at Wessco Companies, a Miami based International Freight Forwarder and customs broker, two years later at age 18 and after increasing profits for over $1 million he became the VP of Sales for Wessco Companies, while working at this C level position he also obtained both, an International Business Degree and a Business Administration Degree from Miami Dade College.
